These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Brisbane Builders Cleans website and the services we provide. By using our website, requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. In these Terms, "Brisbane Builders Cleans", "we", "us" and "our" mean Brisbane Builders Cleans (ABN 80 241 124 181), and "you" means the person or organisation engaging us or using our website.

1. Our services

Brisbane Builders Cleans provides builders and post-construction cleaning services, including rough, sparkle and final detail cleans for new builds, renovations and developments, across Brisbane's inner south and surrounding areas. The information on our website is general in nature. Prices shown are guides only, and the price for your job is confirmed in writing before any work begins.

2. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the information you give us about your property, including its size, condition and the services required. If the property differs materially from that information, we may need to adjust the quote, and we will discuss any change with you before proceeding. All prices are in Australian dollars.

3. Bookings, access and payment

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the scope, time and price with you. You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. Payment terms are set out in your booking confirmation or invoice and are payable by the date shown. We may pause or decline service where access, safety or payment issues arise.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice before the booked start time, or where our team is unable to access or start the job at the booked time (for example, no access is provided or the property is not ready), incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the quoted service price. Cancellations or reschedules made with more than 24 hours' notice are free of charge. Any applicable fee will be shown in your booking confirmation and invoiced to you.

5. Our guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a clean, let us know within 48 hours and we will return to put it right at no extra charge, provided the property has not been occupied or altered in a way that affects the original work. For builders cleans, our re-clean support applies to items on the agreed scope of works.

6. Builders cleans

For builders and post-construction cleans, we clean to an agreed scope of works. While our work is designed to help you meet handover and inspection standards, final sign-off is decided by the builder, developer, agent or certifier and can depend on factors beyond cleaning, such as trades returning to site or damage after our clean. We cannot guarantee sign-off, but we will support reasonable re-clean requests that relate to our agreed scope.

7. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to resupplying the services or paying the cost of having the services resupplied. We are not liable for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable or that arises from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to secure or remove valuable and fragile items, and to tell us about any hazards, special requirements or surfaces needing particular care before we attend.

9. Website and intellectual property

The content, branding and design of this website are owned by or licensed to Brisbane Builders Cleans and are protected by law. You may view and use the website for personal, non commercial purposes. You must not copy, reproduce or use our content for any other purpose without our permission.

10. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which forms part of these Terms.

All text, graphics, logos and photographs on this website are protected by copyright. Photographs of interiors shown on this site are used for illustrative purposes only and remain the property of their respective copyright owners. They are not necessarily images of work performed by Brisbane Builders Cleans and should not be taken as a representation of any particular job, result or client. Where photographs are used under licence or with permission, that permission does not transfer to you. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute any content from this site without our prior written consent.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
