Room by room, exactly what we clean on a post-construction handover, so you know what you are getting before you book.
Every builders clean we quote works to the checklist below. It is the standard we hand over on, and it is what your client, agent or building inspector will be looking at.
Scope can be adjusted for rough cleans and staged handovers. If something on your project needs more attention, tell us and we will price it in rather than leave it as a surprise.
THROUGHOUT
Construction dust removed from every surface, including tops of doors, architraves and skirting
Paint, render, silicone, adhesive and sticker residue removed
Light fittings, switches, power points and vents wiped
Walls spot-cleaned, marks and hand prints removed
WINDOWS
Internal glass cleaned, streak-free
Frames, sills and tracks vacuumed and wiped
KITCHEN
Cupboards and drawers cleaned inside and out
Benchtops, splashback and sink detailed and polished
Oven, cooktop, rangehood and dishwasher cleaned
BATHROOMS
Tiles, grout, shower screens and mirrors detailed
Vanity, tapware and fixtures polished
Toilet, floor waste and exhaust cleaned
FLOORS
Protective film and tape removed
Vacuumed, mopped or buffed to finish
OUTSIDE
Entry, patio and garage swept, cobwebs removed
Construction debris and rubbish removed from site
