A builder or post-construction clean removes construction dust, debris, paint, silicone, stickers and adhesive from a finished build so it is handover, sale or lease ready. It is usually done in stages: a rough clean during works, a sparkle clean before handover, and a final detail clean.

Do you handle multi-unit and staged handovers?+
Yes. We handle single dwellings through to multi-unit developments and staged handovers, scheduling around your trades and completion dates across Brisbane's inner south.
Are you insured?+
Yes. We carry public liability insurance and provide an ABN and itemised tax invoice for every job.
How are builder cleans priced?+
Every clean is quoted per site based on size, stage and condition, never a vague hourly rate. Send the plans or details and we return a fixed, itemised quote.
How quickly can you start?+
We book around your program and handover date. Send us the details and we will confirm availability, usually within one business day.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Cancellations within 24 hours of the booked start time, or where our team is unable to start the job at the booked time, incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the quoted price.
